The adcentra is a system of yoga practices that combine breath, pranayama (breath control), meditation, and music. It’s one of the many systems of yoga that is rooted in the philosophy of yoga as a way to deepen our practice and to achieve peace of mind.
Adcentra is a pretty good system in the sense that it is very simple, very easy to learn, and does not require a lot of time or effort to practice. It is also very easy to practice.
