Yes, I am. I am a big fan of being mobile and not having to sit at a desk all day. I actually like to be out and about and be on my bike or on the bus or on the train. I do this for the same reasons I like to be out and about. It is the freedom to take on a new adventure. I can’t wait to find the next place and time to go and see.

With smartphones and other mobile devices, it’s important to stay active. If you’re not actively working, you get bored and start checking Facebook and Twitter, then you start eating, then you go to bed. There are many ways you can stay active. You can get mobile applications, which is an app that has a web-based interface that is more or less the same as an actual smartphone.

There are a number of smartphone apps that make it easy to stay active. One is an app by the name of MyFitnessPal, which is similar to the FitBit but for fitness tracking. Another is the new Fitness Buddy app, which is a new app from Nike that tracks your steps and calories burned at the gym.

One of the main reasons I’m so invested in fitness is because it’s the only way I’ve found to stay physically active in my free time. I don’t have a partner, but it’s kind of like sex with a stranger. I’m not going to spend hours in front of the computer while I’m trying to decide what to do. Or I’m not going to get in the middle of a fight that I can’t back out of.

Well, if that’s the case, then yes, you can track your activities. But if that’s what you think, you’re on the wrong forum. (Im not here to argue with you.) The only app that tracks your calories burned at the gym is the Fitbit, which is also not a good bet for calorie tracking.

The app that actually does this is called WeBurn. Im not going to link to it because there are plenty of other sites that do this already. Instead, I will just say that the app doesnt track your “heart rate”, and that while it doesnt measure calories burned, it does tell you how active you are in any given day.

WeBurn does track your activity levels through the day, and you can see how you’re doing in the app. If your activity is low, it does a very quick “you’re about to be on your way” alert, and then you’re done. If you’re super active, it will let you know that you’ve been on your feet for a while and then it will tell you your calories burned per hour.

While we can’t say exactly how this is going to work, the idea of being able to measure how active you are at any given time is a pretty neat one. But there are also a couple of caveats. First, it works for a short period of time, like a typical day. Second, it does not work for long periods of time, like a week. So if youre super active during the day, say, you may not notice it.
