Clickmeeting is a way of letting our thoughts and feelings grow as we run through an emotional journey. I’ve spent a lot of time using it to help me build my sense of self-worth as I walk through my workday or walk through my day.

On one end, we can think about how we’re trying to make ourselves feel better, but on the other end, we can think about how our feelings are hurting us. We can start to get into a kind of existential moment when we feel that if we’re not feeling the way we’re supposed to feel, we need to do something about it.
For instance, we can start to feel that if we weren’t trying to feel better, we should have just stopped being a teenager and decided to become a parent. We can start to feel that if we were not trying to feel better, we should have just done something about it. We can start to feel that if we had chosen some other path, we never would have met this guy.

But what are you supposed to do? What are you supposed to feel? There’s a huge gap between what we tell ourselves and what we actually feel. Often we just tell ourselves things that don’t work, but they are still our thoughts, our feelings. Often we just tell ourselves what we want to feel instead of what it actually is. This happens all the time, and it’s so much more common than you think.
