a bit of an understatement, but here’s what I’m talking about. If you want to change your life and make it better, you’re going to have to do something more than just thinking and planning.
The problem with changing just one thing is that we often end up with a lot more work than we anticipated. So while there are some great ideas, the end result is often not what we had in mind.
I know this is a common response to this question, but I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. You may have heard of the “come over the top” philosophy. In this philosophy, you change and/or improve something in your life, just because you want it. Thats the philosophy that Im talking about. But in reality, most of us don’t ever really change, so we end up trying to do too much.
Thats why I think coming over the top is a bad concept! It doesn’t work. If you want something and you change it, you are going to end up with something that isn’t good for you. If you want something and you don’t change it, you will end up with something that isn’t good for you.
In the case of many people I know who are trying to live a life with a positive attitude, it is a bit like coming over the top. In the process of trying to do the one thing I set out to do, I end up doing a lot of things that are negative. And even if I do do one thing well, I end up doing a lot of things that are negative, too. Thats the way it is.
We are all a little bit of a control freak, and are often quite good at ignoring the negative aspects of situations. We tend to be very good at ignoring the negative aspects of things that are very good for us; like, eating a healthy diet, exercising, or meditating every day, or playing a sport, etc. But the same can also be said for people who are trying to live a positive life. As humans, we are always trying to find a balance.
So, does that mean it’s better to do anything positive? Absolutely. Many people who start a new exercise program or workout routine often find that they are more motivated to keep it up during the week than they are the weekend. While it’s important that we don’t neglect our goals, the opposite is equally true. When we look at the things we should be working on, it’s often more exciting to do them during the week so that they become a little more challenging.
But not everyone finds this to be the case. Some people will look at the long-term benefits of doing the things they are already doing and think that they can do them more efficiently during the week. Others will think that the things they are already doing are not that important.
The key to success in life is to make the most of the things you do at either time. For most of us, that means working our hardest during the week, which should mean getting things done during the day. But not everyone finds this to be the case. In fact, more and more of us are finding that we either are not getting enough of the things we already do or simply don’t think we are getting them done at all.
While the average person may think that time is running out, others are actually working their hardest during the week.
