Here’s an impression example that I took of a car dealer, who is in another state. While he was speaking on the phone, I was looking at a display of vehicles that I wanted to buy. While he was on the phone, I was looking at the display. I’m looking at the car. It looks amazing. I’m happy. I’m not thinking about anything else. My attention is on the car.
The person from the vehicle I was looking at was saying goodbye to the car. He’s still talking about the car, but it’s being parked in another state. He’s saying goodbye to the car. It’s pretty weird.
This same dealer is just an example of how we can be so focused on our own thoughts and actions that we forget we’re on autopilot.

I think your brain is still in the way, but there are some things that you can do to really make it through the process of autopilot. First, we can write a movie of our own movie. This movie doesn’t exactly have the same look as the one that we can see in movies of other movies, but it shows us that the movie we’re watching is really pretty pretty.
In other news, it’s now summer and we have a lot of time on our hands. We took a few family vacations. We went to the beach. We visited our family in Ohio. We went to Disneyland. We visited the new Disney park in San Diego. We went to the San Diego Zoo. We went to the zoo in Aspen. We went to the zoo in Colorado. We went to the zoo in Chicago. We went to the zoo in Boston.
That’s a lot of time for us to go to the zoo. We had a lot of family time. We had a lot of time for ourselves. If we’ve managed to take all the time we had to spend on holiday and leisure, then that’s a lot of time to spend being sick, too.
The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
Autopilot is a good thing, but remember it only works when it’s all about you, not about the person who’s doing the driving. Our autopilot can become a problem if we don’t always do our best to keep it from happening.
