The point of this post is that I don’t think all of these things are learned. I think that the way to learn these things is actually quite simple. To start with, it is important to note that our brains are always evolving. This means that we are always learning and constantly learning new experiences and skills. What is important to note, is that when we are learning, we are also experiencing it.
You know what I mean. We learn by experiencing situations and then asking ourselves questions.
We have to learn to ask questions. We have to know how to answer those questions. We have to get those questions answered and then we can talk to them. We have to learn so that we can talk to them.
We all learn to a certain extent, and we all need to learn. So our brain keeps on developing and adapting when we’re learning new things.
As I’ve mentioned before, there are three levels of self-awareness. The first is the level of awareness that allows us to think, to make decisions, to act. This is called the level of introspection. The second is the level of awareness that allows us to recognize and label things without needing to question it. This is called the level of perception. The third is the level of awareness that allows us to see our own thoughts and feelings as the real self.
There is a constant cycle of learning. We do this continuously with our own brains, and the goal is to be able to do the same with other people’s brains too. The main aim of the first two levels of self-awareness is to gain the ability to think and act without thinking and acting. The main aim of the third level of self-awareness is to be able to see our own thoughts and feelings as the real self.
I’ve been thinking about these three levels of awareness and how they relate to the process of self-awareness. It’s been a while since I’ve written anything about them so I thought it’s worth reviving the conversation.
If we don’t know who we are and act from a place of ignorance, then this is what we are. The first step to self-awareness is knowing we’re not the person who thinks what they think, or who feels what they feel, or who acts without thinking about what they act, or who thinks about what they think; we’re not the person in the mirror.
The most general thing we can do is to think about what we think. I think of this as a kind of ‘just a guess’ thing. A person who likes to think or think about what they do, or who feels that they can do much more, can do better. I think of it as a kind of ‘just know.’ To be able to do better, you need to know what you think, think, and feel, and to be able to act.
The problem is that most of us are not always aware of how and why we act, or how we think, or feel, or why we think. When someone is acting without thinking about what they act, they are not likely to do it more, so we usually end up feeling bad for them, or doing something more about it than he or she intended to do.
