Start, by changing your attitude, is quite a difficult task. I say difficult because it is not always easy. I think most people who are on the path to real improvement and growth don’t realize how hard it is. If you want to improve your life (and get on the path to a better you) you need to take action. There are two ways people grow, one is from within, and the other is from outside.

You can’t make progress from within, you need to take action. I recently put down the $2.65 cupcake and went back to my old routine, and I never look back since. I am not a dieter, but I can tell you that my eating habits have changed over the last year and a half. I eat a lot less junk food, and I eat healthier. I go to the gym three times a week and I eat right.
