It’s like saying you need to be better at your job. Most of us can’t work for a living, but we do need to be better at the job. We can’t be better at the job because we cannot keep things as they are. We need to be better at our own happiness.

That is why we need our own space where we can be better at self-awareness. Its why we need to have a space where we can write down our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Its why it is so important to be aware of what we are thinking about. Because it is what makes us who we are, and where we come from.
